About Betty

Betty Batty is a Maryland native and proud Severna Park resident who has built her real estate business around relationships, trust, and community. Since 2010, she has helped buyers and sellers navigate important life transitions with thoughtful guidance, strong communication, and a strategic approach to the market.

Her business is built largely on repeat clients and referrals which is a reflection of the care and dedication she brings to every client experience.

Before real estate, Betty spent 13 years working in the nonprofit sector, a background that continues to shape her commitment to giving back. She actively supports local schools and community initiatives and serves on local nonprofit advisory boards.

Betty loves the lifestyle that comes with living near the Chesapeake Bay and says jokes with others that her business is so local that she can often pedal or paddle to work so watch for Betty on beach cruiser or paddleboard.

When she’s not working with clients, you’ll find her cheering on the Terps and enjoying time with her husband, two teens and two labs at home in Severna Park or an afternoon on the Severn River.
